Payment Terms

What forms of payment does Temple Puja Store accept?
You may purchase products from the Online Shop with the following methods.

Cash on Delivery: Pay when products are delivered to your doorstep.
Bank Transfer: Transfer the amount to mentioned company bank account details to make the payment in order to confirm the delivery. (This option is not available at the moment)

Online Payment: Customers can pay online by using a credit or debit card. (This option is not available at the moment)

*NB:*We don’t accept personal cheques, cashier’s cheques, money orders, or direct deposits.

Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders generally during festival seasons or weekends, shipments may be delayed by a few hours/days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation call/message once your order has been confirmed and ready for delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TemplePuja.Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
TemplePuja.Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if it’s managed and shipped by a third party as per your request. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UAE

Refund – Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy is limited to receiving and checking items when delivered to you.

Once goods are accepted for delivery refunds and returns will not be accepted.

Most of our products as of till date are sold on Cash On Delivery basis.

We have chosen this method of payment on certain products, where refunds will not be provided as customers should receive to check items delivered and once approved should pay cash on delivery.

To be eligible for a return on prepaid purchased items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, plants, printed calendars, candles, dhoops, agarbati, and books cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that any backorder products, imported from outside the country will require shiping costs to be paid/deducted from customers’ payment for importing and sending it back to the supplier.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale / Promotion / Seasonal Festival items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to our re-collection office address.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the re-collection office address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
